Meridians ( or Qi) are the channels through which energy flows. In this class, a simple and basic yoga postures are uses to stimulate Qi flow and remove Qi blockages in the body. Some props to be used and works similarly to acupuncture, it balances the body energy, harmonizes the various meridians and organs.
